About Our Company

A Fashion Affair Inc. is a nonprofit production company dedicated to empowering young people through culturally enriching events. We specialize in creating and executing fundraising events for charitable organizations, aligning our efforts with their missions.

Mission:

Our mission is to foster cultural appreciation and artistic development among young people from the American and Caribbean communities. We provide opportunities for them to explore their talents through dance, fashion, art, and cultural enrichment programs. We believe that exposure to cultural experiences empowers individuals to navigate the world with confidence and discover their unique potential. By supporting these programs, we aim to equip young people with the self-confidence they need to become meaningful adults.

We raise funds through various initiatives, including fundraising events and sponsorships from like-minded organizations. These funds are used to implement programs that provide artistic opportunities for financially challenged youth in our community, enabling them to explore fashion, dance, and cultural workshops.

Company Overview:

Established in 1999, A Fashion Affair Inc. successfully assisted the Caribbean Baptist Church in raising funds for a new church building and youth center through a series of designer clothes fashion shows. The event showcased local talent, brought the community together, and provided a much-needed safe space for young people. This success led to the organization producing several more fashion shows in the following years.
